How can I find out about business opportunities with the council for adult social care?

Is there any guidance for invoicing the council for the provision of residential, domiciliary or daycare?

 For the majority of care homes, we pay using a payment form process so no invoices are required or accepted. Please follow the payment form guidelines below: Guidance for Payment Forms (pdf 118kb)

Are there any opportunities for care providers to diversify business and meet any gaps in service provision?

The Market Position Statement provides information on the Council and East Riding of Yorkshire CCG plans for commissioning social care and support services for children, families and adults.  This gives providers and potential providers an understanding of how the market is currently operating and the future vision for developing the market so that they can consider tailoring their services to meet the need. 

The Market Position Statement will be published, reviewed and updated regularly to help providers to plan their services effectively, to develop the social care market and to support sustained improvement:
