There are lots of activities that the Health and Wellbeing team run and we can also signpost people to other activities we are aware of. Have a look at the table below for more information:
Aspire clubs offer a wide range of sports and activities for young disabled people and their siblings and friends. The clubs are aimed at young people aged 8-16 but 5-7 year olds can attend but must be supervised by a parent or guardianThe clubs are held at:
