What is the Employment Land Monitoring Report?

The annual Employment Land Monitoring Reports provide information on the level of provision of employment land throughout East Riding of Yorkshire as of the 1 April each year. This includes both undeveloped allocated land, and new sites granted permission.

This report provides information on the provision of employment land throughout the East Riding of Yorkshire as of 1 April 2021.

Earlier reports since 2004 are available on request from the Forward Planning team.

The report below provides information on the provision of employment land throughout East Riding of Yorkshire as of 1 April 2019. Please note that a report for 2020 is not currently available.

Where can I check to see if a site is allocated for employment use?

Sites allocated for employment use are set out in the East Riding Local Plan Allocations Document and shown on the Local Plan Policies Map.
