The latest Government Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations came into force on 1 September 2019. These new regulations introduce the requirement for the council to publish an Infrastructure Funding Statement (IFS) annually by 31 December.
The IFS sets out how developer contributions have been and will be used to provide infrastructure within the East Riding. This funding has been secured through developer contributions from planning permissions. The latest IFS for the period 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021 is available below:

The Government requires all local planning authorities to publish their developer contributions data on a regular basis and in an agreed format. The council publishes its developer contributions data annually in three CSV files which are provided under the Open Government Licence (external website).
